I joined the acquisitions department in 2008 after receiving my B.A. in English from the University of Georgia. Recent titles of which I’m particularly proud include Livestock: Food, Fiber, and Friends by Erin McKenna, A Stranger’s Journey: Race, Identity, and Narrative Craft in Writing by David Mura, Conscientious Thinking: Making Sense in an Age of Idiot Savants by David Bosworth, Learning from Thoreau by Andrew Menard, Gardenland: Nature, Fantasy, and Everyday Practice by Jennifer Wren Atkinson, The Broken Country: On Trauma, a Crime, and the Continuing Legacy of Vietnam by Paisley Rekdal, Begin with a Failed Body: Poems by Natalie J. Graham, Bad Kansas by Becky Mandelbaum, Mot by Sarah Einstein, and Sharing the Earth: An International Environmental Justice Reader, edited by Elizabeth Ammons and Modhumita Roy.

I assist Mick Gusinde-Duffy and Walter Biggins. Please contact me if you have questions regarding their areas of acquisition.
