I joined the acquisitions department in 2008 after receiving my BA in English from the University of Georgia. Recent titles of which I’m particularly proud include Livestock: Food, Fiber, and Friends by Erin McKenna, Sudden Spring: Stories of Adaptation in a Climate-Changed South by Rick Van Noy, Horse Crazy: Girls and the Lives of Horses by Jean O’Malley Halley, Coming of Age in a Hardscrabble World: A Memoir Anthology, edited by Nancy C. Atwood and Roger Atwood, Pandora’s Garden: Kudzu, Cockroaches, and Other Misfits of Ecology by Clinton Crockett Peters, and Ghost Fishing: An Eco-Justice Poetry Anthology, edited by Melissa Tuckey.
